As our new Business Data Analyst you will be responsible for addressing a diverse and challenging range of problems to help us make better business decisions at Oxylabs.io. 


You will work with multiple teams internally (product, marketing, strategy, sales) in order to support their growth, to provide business trend analysis and actionable insights, to define key metrics and help them identify revenue opportunities. This role is a great opportunity for an Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is looking for a high degree of ownership and is willing to learn new technologies.


Your day-to-day:

Build a solid understanding of the relationships between the behaviour of our customers and our growth drivers through data analysis and data modelling.Provide key stakeholders across the business with self-service dashboards for real-time understanding of the metrics you have created, using PowerBI.Use analytical tools (SQL, Python, Excel) to analyze and prepare data to support decision making.Identify new research areas that should be pursued and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders.Carry out ad-hoc analysis related to stakeholder questions with a strong commercial focus and translate results into a compelling narrative.


Your skills & experience:

2+ years of experience working with business leaders and strategy stakeholders in a previous analytical or consulting role.Proven track record of creating actionable insight and recommendations which have driven business impact.Ability to influence senior stakeholders by applying a robust commercial lens, analysing detail and articulating these effectively.Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets where some of your exploratory analysis will take place.Experience building effective, easy-to-navigate dashboards with PowerBI, Superset or other tools such as Tableau, Looker, Redash.Experience manipulating and analyzing data using SQL or Python.
Nice to have:Experience with DBT.Experience with Google Cloud Platform, ideally GCS and BigQuery.Any work experience in with high focus in one of these areas – Marketing, Product, Sales.

Google Cloud Platform (GCS, BQ) for storage and warehousing.DBT and SQL for data modelling.Python for automation.Jupyter for ad-hoc analysis.PowerBI/Superset for data visualisation.Airflow for orchestration.


Salary:

Gross salary: 2980 - 4300 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
