Responsibilities :

• Production machine calibration and coordination
• Test equipment calibration and maintenance
• Quality management process confirmation
• Experience CMMS usage (Blue Mountain user)
• Understands and creates reports for maintenance activities
• Analytics of machine failures and root causing of failures
• Purchasing of Test equipment spare parts
• Implementation of TPM maintenance
• Implementation of new Predictive Maintenance solutions

Requirements:

• Number of work experience: 5-8 years
• Degree in Engineering discipline
• Knowledge and experience in instrument, sensor, and equipment calibration
• Experience in Maintenance activities is an advantage
• Work experience with Lean and/or Six-Sigma tools and techniques is advantage
• Knowledge of measurement methods and good math skills
• The ability to understand a wide range of procurement procedures and processes
• Utilize hand or hand powered tools, such as: wrenches, drills, presses, etc.
• Utilize measuring tools as needed: dial calipers, micrometers, height gages etc.
• English language required

Salary:

3100-4100 euros gross

From 3100 euros (before taxes) after assessing your competencies and work experience.
