Tax Consultant – M&A and International Tax

Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for
- Graduates with an academic focus in, e.g. Finance / Accounting, Business Administration, Economical, Law);
- Have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Tax Consultant or M&A;
- Very good analytical and organizational skills, strong team player;
- Detail-oriented and highly organized and able to identify and juggle with priorities;
- Professional and pro-active approach to deliver high-quality work;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Lithuanian and English);
- Strong report-writing skills, including advanced use of MS Office tools.
Your future role
- Participation in due diligences projects;
- Proactively assist in delivering M&A tax projects for a wide variety of industries, by working in close cooperation with Managers and above;
- Engage in simple and complex tax matters. Provide tax consultancy, write tax memos;
- Assuring, together with the rest of the team, client service delivery according to the Deloitte quality standards;
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
