Position Overview:


As an App Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading improvements and growth of our mobile applications with a strong emphasis on driving conversions. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of mobile applications growth - from distribution to app stores or via partnerships, leading necessary improvements, to tracking data and driving app growth. If you are a skilled project manager with a passion for mobile technology and a proven track record of improving user engagement and conversions, we want to hear from you.


Your day-to-day:

Own the domain of mobile applications health and growth;Lead mobile applications distribution throughout various applications stores and tackle all the technical problems as they arise;Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement in the user journey, such as onboarding processes, checkout flows, and in-app messaging;Implement best practices for conversion rate optimization (CRO), including optimizing app store listings, enhancing app performance, and refining user interface elements;Collect data and optimize user conversions within our mobile applications, analyzing user behavior, conducting testing, and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates;Play a vital role in actively advancing and continuously improving our products while complying with relevant laws and regulations.


Your skills & experience:

Strong sense of ownership and project management skills;Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in a cross-functional team with designers, developers and stakeholders;Understanding of mobile technology platforms (iOS, Android) and development methodologies;Strong analytical skills and track record of monitoring metrics and implementing strategies to improve user engagement, retention, and conversions;Entrepreneurial attitude and drive to build new things and improve existing ones;English and Lithuanian language skills.


Salary:

Gross salary: 3300 - 5000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
