Your day-to-day:

Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients within the Chinese market using various online tools and platforms.Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outreach via phone, email, WeChat, and LinkedIn to engage with prospects and schedule meetings.CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date information and follow-up tasks.Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities in the Chinese market to refine the outreach strategy.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, lead status, and conversion rates to assess progress and adjust strategies as needed.Cultural Adaptation: Tailor communication and sales approaches to align with Chinese business culture and practices.


Your skills & experience:

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese and English (both written and spoken).Sales Experience: Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.Market Knowledge: Understanding of the Chinese market dynamics, business culture, and sales processes.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WeChat, and email automation platforms.
Nice to have:
Industry Experience: Experience in the Chinese market.Existing Network: Established connections within target industries or companies in China.Multinational Experience: Experience working in a multinational company or with international teams.Additional Language Skills: Proficiency in Cantonese or other Chinese dialects.


Salary:

Gross salary: 1490 - 1990 EUR/month + bonus. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
