The Nord Security B2B Commercial department generates revenue and powers our organization forward. We stay up-to-date with the latest sales trends and technology, incorporate them into our daily work, and maintain close communication for optimal results.


We are currently looking for a VP of New Sales to take on the challenge of further scaling our B2B new sales globally, representing the entire Nord Security B2B portfolio - NordPass, NordLayer, and NordStellar. We believe that our new leader should possess a proven track record in managing and growing sales organizations and should know how to achieve results through constant work with organizational structures, processes, and metrics to forecast and execute the company’s goals. Main Responsibilities

Take ownership of product sales targets by leading account executives and sales development teams.Standardize and further develop measurable and repeatable sales and revenue management processes, both inbound and outbound.Collaborate with all functions to ensure that sales teams are closely aligned with the rest of the organization, especially marketing.Act as a subject matter expert for company products and services.Develop and nurture executive relationships with new potential clients and partners.Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Sales and Customer Experience departments in all critical decision-making using a data-driven approach.


Core Requirements

3+ years of experience in lead management roles selling software products and solutions, preferably in a fast-paced international B2B SaaS environment.Experience managing teams who sell to SMBs and working with deals ranging from $10k to $50k ACV.Proven track record in leading, motivating, and growing sales teams.Experience in team management through team leaders.Consistent track record in accelerating business growth by introducing new sales methods, channels, and product offerings.Highly analytical decision-maker with extensive experience shaping revenue management in a SaaS company.Entrepreneurial attitude, relentlessly looking for new routes to market, encouraging fast-paced learning, ability to see the entire picture, and willingness to listen to other opinions.Passion for meeting customers, talking to them, and helping your team close deals.Excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken English.


Salary

Gross salary from 5500 EUR/month. Bonuses will be paid based on the results achieved.
