Responsibilities

 

  • Familiarize with YARA's business (products, services) and strategy                    
  • Familiarize with tasks and learn to apply knowledge in day-to-day activities in the following areas:

         

                       Supply Chain - customer service / transport / export coordination

                       Human Resources

                       IT - data engineering/analytics engineering

                       Continuous Improvement - project management/digital workplace

 

  • Be introduced to the company end to end processes and get an opportunity to familiarize with your colleagues work                    
  • Assist in performing day-to-day activities           
  • Learn to perform assigned tasks efficiently and with professional manner                            
  • Collaborate with Yara's Europe Business Services (EBS) colleagues by ensuring positive working relationships                   
Profile

 

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication
  • International or philology students are very welcome as we have internships for various language speakers (e.g French, German)
  • Relevant education in Logistics, Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, Project management or similar subjects
  • Willingness to learn ('can do' attitude)
  • Have great communication and teamwork skills
  • Embracing Yara values and a safe and inclusive work culture
  • Eligibility to work in Lithuania
We Offer

 

  • 8 weeks summer internship starting July 2024
  • Possibility to continue as a team member (full time role) in Yara EBS 
  • Internship located in Vilnius EBS office, on-site presence will be required
  • Scandinavian culture supporting continuous improvement culture

Offered Salary

 

We offer salary of 950Eur gross/monthly (before taxes)
