• Collaborates with stakeholders to map, analyse and optimize order to cash end-to-end processes, ensuring the alignment with business objectives and performance metrics.

• Evaluate, select and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives and/ or projects that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance productivity. 

• Coordinating super user network: competency mapping, training and development, ensuring latest training material, tools, processes and support from the team is available to business          

• Manage the workflow and performance of SAP Super Users community, taking a lead in complex cases.

• Drive culture of continuous improvement by proactively identifying areas for process harmonization, automation and efficiency utilizing technology, tools, and best practices within Yara Supply Chain. 

• Champion continuous improvement ideas and actively support their implementation and multiplication across Supply Chain cross-functional teams.

• Continuously monitor and analyse KPIs, industry trends, technological advancements, and anticipate and participate in future system developments

• Produce reports and overviews to senior management articulating trends, opportunities and challenges

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams providing advice and support.  

• Represent business in Process Governance forums            

• Ensure that the communication plan is executed according to the established schedule.

• Support and ensure proper project transfer into day-to-day operations.    

• Relevant higher education, preferably Business administration/Engineering/Computer Science (long relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education).            
• Preferably 2-3 years working experience in supply chain area as transport coordinator/operational planner, project management team member 
• SAP certified in SD and or MM, LE modules             
• Experienced in training, guiding, and coaching            
• Good knowledge about Supply Chain business model       
• Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills        
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts to various audiences in clear and understandable manner            
• Experience in leadership or senior role within the field, showcasing the ability to lead and guide others            
• Strong sense of ownership, taking initiative and accountability in driving continuous improvements 
• Fluent English skills

We offer salary from 2674 Eur to 4011 Eur/month gross (before taxes, language premium not applicable).

Final offer depends on candidate's competencies.
