Responsibilities:

The individual is a Finance representative on the plant team and will be required to interact regularly with Production, Supply chain, engineering and other staff.

• Serve as trusted business partner to the plant—driving performance, mitigating risk, and providing data-driven insights that will enable the site to achieve its strategic objectives
• Lead the day-to-day activities and mentor the assistant cost accounts administrator for the plant, ultimately driving documentation/streamlining of processes for the benefit of the plant operations team and preventing future transactional errors
• Prepare the annual operating, midyear review forecasts, Strategy plans and support the preparation of the presentations to management
• Partner with other plants' financial leaders and Operations leadership to ensure local actions and financial impacts are in alignment with other plants making similar products
• Prepare and develop Hollister monthly financial and management reporting including variance/expense analysis and plant scorecard templates
• Prepare weekly manufactured units reports and manufacturing variances reports by giving insights and solutions
• Daily monitor, report and assess the plant's manufacturing efficiency, scrap level and financial performance to the plan. For variances analysis work closely with value stream, supply chain and engineering departments' responsible people on a daily basis
• Support the Cost Improvement Program by advising project leaders as to the financial impact of cost improvement projects and ensure the accurate forecasting and reporting of savings
• Establish, maintain and ensure accuracy of plant standard costs in SAP
• Support the development of financial and operational justifications for capital investments (AFE process), control spending in line with approval limits and assess for impairments
• Provide inventory reporting and ensure inventories are recorded accurately, monitor and maintain adequate obsolescence reserves and minimize inventory exposure risks
• Analyze and support in Engineering Change Notices (ECN) preparations
• Conduct financial analysis/modeling, interpret data and provide guidance that assists management in meeting financial targets
• Other duties and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Work experience: 2-5 years
• Manufacturing cost accounting environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field is required
• Excellent communication skills
• Public speaking requirements
• Advanced financial analysis and insights skills and strong attention to detail
• Standard cost valuation and analysis
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple demands
• MS Office (advanced Excel level, Word, PowerPoint)
• Cost accounting in ERP systems environment, preferably SAP
• English and Lithuanian language required

2800-4000 €/mon. gross
