Lead a team of accounts payable specialists, manage day-to-day execution of process activities, ensure high quality deliverables, lead and manage team members performance and development, ensure team members engagement, development, sustain and retain employees, process and match invoices, process payments, monitor and clear aged credit reports, liaise with suppliers, manage their reconciliations, conduct month end and year end closing procedures, oversee and review internal and external audit procedures, initiate changes according to audit feedback, train and educate new and existing finance colleagues, timely and accurately document service-related business knowledge, lead and ensure implementation of global accounting policies and procedures, agreed internal processes are implemented and followed, ensure team's performance according to Service Level Agreement (SLA).
