Main Responsibilities:- Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct competency-based interviews to identify candidates' cultural and professional fit for the position.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment cycle.
- Develop a deep understanding of our company's products and hiring needs.
- Analyze and work with recruitment data to inform strategic decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and develop innovative recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a network of professional relationships to develop a highly qualified candidate pool.
- At least 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Ability to conduct structured interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs and industry trends.
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A competitive gross salary in EUR per month.
