We are looking for a customer support representative (full-time) based in Klaipeda, Lithuania, but working directly for our client in the North of Norway. We expect that you are patient, knowledgeable,
and friendly towards current and potential customers, as well as your team.

Job description:

answer international customer questions regarding our tourism products and services (provided in Norway);
identify customers' needs and use knowledge database to recommend solutions to customer issues/concerns; maintain customer's booking via various systems, social media, email and providing information by phone (training provided online and locally in Norway, all expenses covered). The work is 40 hours per week.
Job requirements:

excellent verbal and written communication in English language;European Union citizen, currently residing in Klaipeda city;excellent prioritisation and analytical skills;ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
What we expect: positive mindset, high level of energy and friendly. Work experience in the travelling agency, customer support services or tourism sector in Sacndinavia - that is not mandatory, but would be your advantage.

Our office is located in the very centre of Klaipeda - at Herkaus galerija, 4th floor.

Salary: from 1300 euros(brutto) plus bonuses.
