Cybersecurity Engineer

Your day-to-day:

Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade vulnerability scanning solutions and services to identify and prioritize discovered vulnerabilities in a variety of IT assets.Maintain technical documentation of the vulnerability management program, including requirements, architecture designs, network topology, and applications.Establish processes and procedures regarding the Secure Software Development Life Cycle.Improve and manage a vulnerability disclosure policy and processes. Collaborate with product teams to remediate/mitigate the identified vulnerabilities.Research, test, and implement a central platform for vulnerability management. Your skills & experience:Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys, Nmap, etc.).Good knowledge of IT networks and protocols, Operating Systems, web and application server architectures.Good knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, C/C++, etc.).Background in managing projects and complex tasks.Knowledge of security, controls, risk, and compliance standards and frameworks, such as ISO27001, CIS, CSA, NIST, OWASP, etc.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
NICE TO HAVE: It would be excellent if you have technical certifications (e.g., GSE, CISSP, CASP+). Relevant experience in SOC, IT security operations team, or similar would be an advantage. Experience with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) would be an advantage.Salary:Gross salary: EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
