Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sr. Agilist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Scrum Master and a strong background in Customer Experience (CX). This role is crucial for driving agile methodologies and ensuring successful project delivery. The Sr. Agilist will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Main Responsibilities:
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure effective team collaboration and project progress
• Oversee the implementation of agile methodologies and practices to enhance team performance and project outcomes
• Provide guidance and support to team members on agile principles and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Monitor and track team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
• Lead efforts to remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress, ensuring smooth project execution
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of agile practices across the organization
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance team members understanding of agile methodologies and tools
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for agile initiatives
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards related to agile practices and project management
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing technologies and methodologies
Qualifications:
• Possess a strong background in agile methodologies with a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Demonstrate expertise in Customer Experience (CX) and its application in agile projects
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, identifying and resolving issues efficiently
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Show proficiency in using agile tools and methodologies
• Display the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• The salary range for this position is from 4650 EUR to 7750 EUR gross before taxes.*
*Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
