We are currently looking for a Sales Support Customer Service Specialist to join the team of a global supplier of electrical connectors.



What will be your key responsibilities:
  • Relationship management with existing customers, direct contact (email, phone) to ensure ongoing support and communication;
  • Customer`s orders entry and confirming in SAP;
  • Issuing of quotations through SAP;
  • Delivery initiation and control;
  • Internal follow up on open items such as quality, logistics or pricing issues;
  • To keep and manage customers database in line to targeting maximum customer satisfaction;
  • Working closely with other departments.


What experience should you have:
  • Similar work experience ~ 1 year;
  • Lithuanian - native, good knowledge of English in word and writing (B2-C1), ability to communicate in Russian (A2-B1);
  • Customer-oriented thinking;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with multiple organization functions;
  • Strong team player, willing and eager to learn, positive person;
  • Ability to travel with necessity to improve knowledge required by daily tasks (1 time per 2 weeks to Ryga).
