We are seeking a talented and experienced Paid Search Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team. Your day-to-day:
Manage B2B-oriented search ads campaigns, with a primary focus on Google Search.Constantly monitor and analyze campaign results, including spend, ROAS, new revenue, and CPA, and take action to optimize performance.Initiate updates to landing pages and ads to enhance campaign effectiveness.Identify and test new paid B2B marketing channels and tactics to acquire new users, such as Reddit ads and Stack Overflow advertising options.Oversee Google Analytics and GTM tracking to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.Your skills & experience:At least 3+ years of proven experience working with Paid Seach (primarily: Google Search).Previous experience with multiple advertising platforms (Potential channels: Reddit, Stack Overflow, Linkedin).Solid knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and act accordingly.Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.Good verbal and written communication skills in English.Experience in B2B or SaaS advertising would be an advantage.Salary:Gross salary: EUR/month.
