Job Title: Financial Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Control Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development and improvement of our financial control function.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team working on renewable energy projects and to make a meaningful impact on the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve existing financial controls, reports, and KPI systems
  • Analyze renewable assets performance and turn it into business insights
  • Support short-term and long-term forecasts, month-end and variance analysis reporting
  • Monitor renewables projects' cashflows
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and present findings
  • Participate in and lead projects related to accounting, reporting, and finance functions
  • Manage key stakeholder expectations (business and finance)
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or similar field
  • At least 4+ years of combined audit and finance control experience
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian (verbal and written communication)
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of IFRS and ACCA/CFA qualification (advantage)
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Result-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to improve
