Job Description:



  • Conducting material and product laboratory tests using measurement tools and testing equipment
  • Performing laboratory tests during process certification for process control investigation
  • Participating in the validation process of new equipment and processes
  • Calibrating laboratory equipment
  • Conducting defect analysis in projects aiming to reduce waste
  • Preparing and completing quality-related documentation
  • Other assigned duties and tasks


Requirements:


  • Education in chemistry, life sciences, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
  • Work experience in laboratories - an advantage
  • Good computer skills
  • Lean (HPS) system basics
  • Good Project Management, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of English and Lithuanian languages
