Job Overview

You'll work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives. As a trusted advisor, you'll help shape a high-performance culture, drive employee engagement, and support organizational growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals;
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management;
  • Support employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution;
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve people-related outcomes;
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives;
  • Lead or support HR projects and change management efforts;
  • Act as a point of contact for HR topics at the site and ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices;
  • Collaborate with group-level HR and participate in international HR initiatives;
  • Provide coaching and support to managers in day-to-day people management matters;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives;
  • Support the implementation of new HR systems or ERP from an HR perspective;
  • Help shape and maintain a strong company culture through local events, internal communication, and team-building activities;
  • Prepare and deliver training or onboarding sessions in collaboration with other departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role (typically 2+ years);
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels;
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities;
  • Fluent English skills;
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives forward;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing, operationally driven business setting;
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not a must (HR certification is a plus);
  • Experience working in a manufacturing company is a plus;
  • Previous experience in HR systems implementation or process digitization is a plus.
