About the Role

This is a remote opportunity with Addendum, a global software development and IT team augmentation firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into solution designs and technical specifications.
  • Ensure solution delivery aligns with approved design.
  • Develop end-to-end solution designs for integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Configure and customize SAP HCM solution based on specific requirements.
  • Oversee and/or execute system and integration testing.
  • Lead or support end-user training sessions.

Requirements

  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication and organizational abilities.
  • Over 3 years of SAP HCM experience.
  • Prior experience with SAP TM and/or logistics processes is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP best practices.
  • Proven experience in creating system solution designs and ensuring their delivery.
  • Experience in delivering integration solutions.
