To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in SEO content writing or management.
  • A strong sense of ownership over content processes, from brief to publish.
  • Experience editing other writers' work.
  • Familiarity with content optimization tools such as SurferSEO.
  • Understanding of search intent, on-page SEO, and internal linking principles.
