As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining a high-performance culture. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with business leaders to align human resources strategies with business goals.
Key aspects of this role include partnering with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies, providing guidance on organizational design and workforce planning, and supporting employee relations and performance management.
You will also analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve people-related outcomes, champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, and lead or support HR projects and change management efforts.
Additionally, you will act as a point of contact for HR topics at the site and ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices. You will collaborate with group-level HR and participate in international HR initiatives, providing coaching and support to managers in day-to-day people management matters.
Responsibilities- Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives;

- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives;
- Lead or support HR projects and change management efforts;

- Collaborate with group-level HR and participate in international HR initiatives;
- Provide coaching and support to managers in day-to-day people management matters.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role (typically 2+ years);
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels;
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities;
- Fluent English skills;
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives forward;
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges;
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing business setting;
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not a must (HR certification is a plus).
