Job Title: Litigation Attorney

The role of Litigation Attorney is available in a dynamic and prestigious law firm operating globally with a large network of professionals. The organization is renowned for its exceptional legal expertise and consistently ranked by top international directories.

This position involves working on various cases, including civil, administrative, and labor law disputes. A suitable candidate will have strong research skills, be able to analyze complex information, and communicate effectively with clients.

  • Drafting procedural documents such as claims, responses, motions, and appeals in different types of cases.
  • Conducting comprehensive legal research and analyzing court practices, especially foreign case law.
  • Preparing detailed legal opinions, case evaluations, and recommendations.
  • Representing clients or assisting attorneys in court hearings based on experience.
  • Communicating efficiently with local and international clients regarding case progress and potential risks.
  • Working independently on smaller cases and collaborating with team members on larger projects.
  • Developing effective legal strategies and maintaining clear communication, even in challenging situations.

Types of Cases:

  • Commercial disputes (contract enforcement, payments, liability)
  • Administrative law (challenging decisions of public authorities)
  • Labor law disputes
  • Financial sector disputes
Requirements
  • Hold a university degree in law;
  • Be meticulous, responsible, and detail-oriented;
  • Be capable of independently researching, analyzing, and organizing legal information;
  • Demonstrate strong time management and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Communicate clearly and logically both verbally and in writing;
  • Show initiative and be able to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Be fluent in English (knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage);
  • Have experience in litigation or dispute resolution (an advantage).
