Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at AIDA projektai, MB. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in initiating the sales cycle and building strong customer relationships.
Your primary goal will be to generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers. You will spend your time researching, prospecting, and connecting with digital marketing professionals through calls, emails, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify potential customers through various channels to generate new sales opportunities.
- Engage and qualify prospects through outbound cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share insights and optimize the lead generation process.
- 1+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, with a focus on cold calling.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively via phone and email.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- High level of resilience and perseverance in a target-driven environment.
- A competitive gross salary of average OTE 3,350 gross/month.
