Job Description:

This role involves joining an exciting project in the financial industry as part of a dedicated team. The candidate will be based in Lithuania and work on treasury system support, contributing to impactful initiatives within the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day operations for cash management, liquidity oversight, and FX management via the Treasury management system, aligning activities with compliance and internal governance standards.
  • Provide comprehensive support for treasury system functionalities, ensuring timely resolution of issues and identifying opportunities for system improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Perform detailed analyses of liquidity management and cash flow data to support forecasting and decision-making processes.
  • Clearly present critical treasury-related information to management, ensuring alignment with compliance and governance frameworks.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and ensure the integration of treasury best practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of treasury processes and support activities while training team members on system usage and updates.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure system stability, reliability, and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in providing comprehensive support for Treasury systems, ensuring prompt issue resolution, system troubleshooting, and identifying opportunities for process and system improvements.
  • Able to maintain and update documentation for Treasury management systems, ensuring clarity and consistency in system usage, procedures, and updates.
  • Familiarity with compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements relevant to treasury management.
  • Able to identify and implement improvements to Treasury management system processes and configurations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and changing business requirements.
