Senior Ecosystem Manager Job Description

\

This role is pivotal to our company's strategy as we build modern data pipelines from mainframe to cloud.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Develop and manage technical partnerships including technology and commercial opportunities across the ecosystem.
  • Evaluate, assess and foster ecosystem partnerships, licensing opportunities and co-selling relationships.
  • Understand and articulate partners' technical requirements and guide the direction of product offerings and joint partner solutions.
  • Establish pricing and packaging approach and Go To Market strategy for ecosystem partnerships.
  • Drive progress from cross-functional teams executing against strategic ecosystem/partner program goals.
  • Help the Product team to manage and prioritize the roadmap to support technical and GTM goals related to partnerships.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product managers and other internal stakeholders.
  • Be an expert on data integration and management domain, market, trends and competitive environment.
  • Ensure products are best positioned relative to our strategy.
  • Brief internal teams and enable the sales force on ecosystem partnerships and GTM motions.

Requirements:

\
  • Minimum 8 years' experience as a Product Manager or Ecosystem Manager.
  • Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy including big-picture vision and drive to make that vision a reality.
  • Demonstrated success working with strategic partners to define and launch excellent products and/or programs.
  • Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategy and drive decision-making.
  • Experience working with Cloud Service Providers and familiarity with cloud marketplace procedures.
  • Ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and project management skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Education:

\

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or Marketing, or equivalent business experience.

\

MBA or related Master's degree preferred.

\
