Logistics Coordinator

At HMD TRUCKING, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily US operations and activities related to truckload shipments, managing a team of drivers, and executing dispatch functions while ensuring the highest level of customer service.

• Strategic Planning: Strategically plan and allocate drivers to maximize productivity and earnings.
• Communication: Maintain consistent communication with drivers throughout the day.
• Route Optimization: Collaborate with the dispatch team to adjust routes as necessary to meet customer requirements.
• Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with both drivers and customers.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our freight brokers and clients.

• Availability: Availability to work evening hours from 15:00 to 12:00.
• Language: Fluency in English.
• Professionalism: Professional demeanor with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Geographical Knowledge: Strong geographical knowledge of the US.
