About the Role:

You'll join a dynamic team of professionals working on exciting projects within a global, multi-cultural, ever-developing business that aims to improve financial services for families, small businesses, multinational corporations, and non-profit organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations and analysis of credit information within established guidelines.
• Contact customers to determine the reason for payment delays and secure payment commitments, making non-routine outbound calls that may require deviation from standard procedures, screens, and scripts.
• Adapt your approach based on customer responses and confidently handle complex situations with a problem-solving mindset.
• Conduct extensive research and use a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting to ensure effective collections.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve problems, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Develop and implement best practices for collections, ensuring adherence to company standards and efficiency in processes.

Requirements:

• High school education.
• 1+ to 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or collections.
• Strong proficiency in English (B2 level and above).
• The role demands assertiveness, advanced problem-solving abilities, emotional intelligence, and multitasking skills.
