Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the daily US operations and activities related to truckload shipments. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team of drivers and executing dispatch functions while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically plan and allocate drivers to maximize productivity and earnings.
  • Maintain consistent communication with drivers throughout the day.
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to adjust routes as necessary to meet customer requirements.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both drivers and customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our freight brokers and clients.
Qualifications:
  • Availability to work evening hours from 15:00 to 12:00.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Professional demeanor with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Strong geographical knowledge of the US.
