We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented hospitality professional to join our team as a part-time hotel administrator. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Salary: 600-800 EUR NET

Job Type: Part-time (Rolling work schedule, night shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check in hotel guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently
  • Process payments for services using a cash register
  • Provide information about hotel services, service packages, and loyalty programs
  • Handle billing administration
  • Use the hotels booking/accounting software Protel

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written)
  • Clear and professional communication
  • Friendly, polite, and service-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable using computers and hotel software
