Cybersecurity Network Specialist

As a key member of our IT team, you will play a critical role in installing, configuring, and supporting global network and firewall infrastructure. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing requirements for firewall rule implementation, working with other IT teams to perform vulnerability and fault analysis, and developing system remediation and recovery plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and support network and firewall infrastructure globally.
• Develop requirements for firewall rule implementation, including App ID, source and destination IPs, Ports, and Transport Protocol.
• Work with other IT teams to perform vulnerability and fault analysis on enterprise perimeter devices and develop system remediation and recovery plans.
• Design and implement global enterprise network security solutions and architecture.
• Develop and maintain global enterprise network security design standards and documents.
• Identify root causes of incidents and make recommendations to prevent future failures.
• Anticipate and address potential issues impacting service quality.
• Adhere to the Move to Production process, ensuring tools and documentation are up to date.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or technical institute degree/certificate in a relevant field or equivalent work experience (8+ years).
• Relevant certification is required.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Expert-level Firewall experience (Palo Alto preferred).
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of NGFW and FWaaS.
• Experience with general IT concepts beyond primary discipline.
• Advanced knowledge of routing and switching.
• Good understanding of general data center technology.
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of a broad range of hardware and software products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in technically leading teams.
• Understanding of ITSM.
