IT Services Technician

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert technical assistance and troubleshooting to our clients.

• Provide technical support and resolve issues related to computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and other technology tools and products.
• First and second-level technical support – calls/tickets/user interaction.
• Respond promptly to IT-related questions from end-users.
• Document all end-user interactions in our customer ticket system.
• Develop and maintain knowledge articles to assist with common issues.
• Conduct IT onboarding trainings for new employees.

Requirements

• Fluent English language skills, Lithuanian language skills preferred, other languages an asset.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask, handle multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Team player with a supportive personality.
