Are you an experienced freelance recruiter with a strong track record in multilingual roles? We are seeking a skilled recruiter to join our dynamic network and help match top talent with our BPO clients across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment cycle for multilingual roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with BPO clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver top talent that fits their criteria.
  • Talent Sourcing: Leverage your network, job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to find the best candidates.
  • Multilingual Focus: Recruit for positions that require candidates who speak multiple languages, such as English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Dutch, and more.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Ensure successful placements by negotiating offers, closing candidates, and managing the expectations of both clients and candidates.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a freelance recruiter with a focus on multilingual roles is a must.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with BPOs or similar industries is highly desirable.
  • Language Skills: You are multilingual yourself, or you have a deep understanding of multilingual recruitment.
  • Self-Motivation: This is a commission-based role, so you should be comfortable working independently and managing your time.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using modern recruitment tools, ATS systems, and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Adaptability: Able to recruit across different countries and cultures, understanding local employment regulations where applicable.
