We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Specialist to join our team at AIDA projektai, MB. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and enhancement of PrestaShop-based e-shops.

Job Overview

This role involves providing maintenance, implementing support missions, and fulfilling various client requirements. As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will collaborate closely with clients to address their needs, develop custom functionalities, and enhance e-commerce performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Custom Development: Handle specific programming or design requests as per client needs. Develop or correct modules, implement custom e-shop features, and modify the PrestaShop system as required.
Module and System Upgrades

To ensure compatibility with newer versions of PrestaShop, the E-Commerce Specialist will perform updates for PrestaShop modules. Additionally, they will address updates introduced by third-party systems, such as API changes, UX/UI upgrades, to guarantee smooth integration with the PrestaShop environment.

  • PrestaShop Core Version Upgrades: Execute upgrades while maintaining system stability and functionality.
Implementation of New Functionalities
  • New Feature Deployment: Program and deploy new features to PrestaShop modules or e-shops based on client requests or business needs.
  • Innovative Solutions: Design and implement innovative solutions to enhance e-commerce functionality.
Resolving Third-Party Code Issues
  • Error Resolution: Identify, debug, and improve errors originating from third-party integrations.
  • Compatibility and Performance: Ensure compatibility and performance of third-party functionalities within the PrestaShop framework.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce development and PrestaShop expertise.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Citizenship: Candidates must be based in Europe.
