ABOUT THE ROLE: Whether you're chilling in Vilnius or commuting from somewhere nearby, you'll join forces with a bunch of passionate tech minds in the fintech space, building sleek, scalable backend systems and shaping the architecture behind products that actually move the needle WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Leading the design and development of backend services using .NET Core and C#Making key architectural decisions and ensuring system scalability, performance, and maintainabilityWorking across cloud-native environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Collaborating with DevOps to enhance CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and observabilityEnsuring secure, robust production environments and promoting engineering best practicesMentoring developers and contributing to a strong, modern engineering cultureDriving solutions with awareness of the broader business and product context WHAT WE EXPECT: Must-have experience: Solid expertise (8+ years) in backend development with .NET Core and C#Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCPGood understanding of Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps workflowsExperience building secure, reliable, production-grade systemsAbility to design solutions with the bigger product and business picture in mind Nice-to-have: Experience with order management or trading systemsKnowledge of real-time workloads, GraphQL, pub/subFamiliarity with Terraform, gRPC, or in-memory caching (Redis, etc.)Background in distributed or high-throughput systems WHAT WE OFFER: Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 7500 - 8000 EUR gross (The given range is flexible and depends on your experience and contract type.)At Addendum we believe in personalized benefits packages that cater to your unique passions.
