About the RoleWe are looking for a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant to join an international travel support team. In this role, you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries while delivering high-quality customer experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Work Schedule:Monday – Friday: 09:00–20:00Saturday – Sunday: 10:00–19:00365 days a yearBank holidays paid doubleKey ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer inquiries related to travel bookings, reservations, changes, and cancellationsProvide accurate and timely travel information via phone, email, and/or chatAssist customers with itinerary changes, refunds, and special requestsEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and friendly supportFollow internal procedures, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs)Escalate complex cases when needed and ensure proper follow-upAccurately document customer interactions in internal systemsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experienceCandidate ProfileFluency in Danish and good command of EnglishStrong communication and customer service skillsAvailability to work flexible schedules, including weekends Compensation & BenefitsSalary: €2,300 gross/month  Bonus: Up to €250/monthContract Type:Full-timePart-time (minimum 50% / 20 hours per week)Apply now and take the next step in your international career as a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant
