Job Title: Customer Service Specialist with Hebrew Skills Location: Work-from-home (Lithuania) Start Date: 15 December 2025 Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, between 09:0022:00 (8.5-hour shifts), including bank holidays Salary: 2125 EUR gross/month Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Specialist with excellent Hebrew skills to support users of a leading global service. You will assist customers via phone, email, social media, and mobile applications. Your responsibilities include active listening, identifying user needs, troubleshooting, and resolving issues professionally in Hebrew or English. Atsakomybės apima aktyvų įsiklausymą, vartotojų poreikių nustatymą, techninių problemų sprendimą ir profesionalų klientų aptarnavimą hebrajų arba anglų kalbomis.
