Cybersecurity Support Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE: Whether you're based in Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn or Warsaw, you'll work with teams in the insurance sector supporting operational security and vulnerability support functions.  WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Process and validate vulnerability findings from tools like Nessus and Microsoft DefenderCreate and update tickets with correct priority, details, and remediation owners in JiraSupport system and application owners with clear explanations and referencesMonitor remediation progress, follow up on overdue items, and escalate when neededEnsure risk acceptance and audit evidence are captured and organizedPrepare regular status updates and simple support reports WHAT WE EXPECT: Experience in IT support, cybersecurity support, or IT operations supportFamiliarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and structured workflowsGood understanding of vulnerabilities and how they are tracked in enterprise environmentsStrong communication skills (English) and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholdersOrganized, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude Nice to have: Experience in regulated industries such as banking or insurance Familiarity with risk acceptance and audit documentation workflows Exposure to security reporting or recurring vulnerability trends WHAT WE OFFER: Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 2500 - 3500 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).At Addendum we believe in personalized benefits packages that cater to your unique passions.
