Role Overview As a Remote Hebrew-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting Hebrew-speaking clients with their inquiries, bookings, and other service needs. You will work entirely remotely within Lithuania, using company-provided equipment. Primary Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in fluent Hebrew. Assist clients with travel bookings, questions, modifications, and concerns. Provide clear and accurate information regarding travel products, services, and policies. Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Maintain records of customer interactions in internal systems. Collaborate with team members to improve service quality. Continuously expand knowledge of company services and industry trends. Qualifications Fluent Hebrew (speaking and writing) — required. English proficiency at B2 level or above. Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not essential — training will be provided. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote setting. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Must reside in Lithuania (remote work only). Candidates relocating to Lithuania may apply, though no relocation assistance is provided.
