It's a new way of having a car allowing to subscribe it by app and use it the same day, without paper documents or long-term commitments. We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales (Baltics) to lead our sales team and drive MyBee growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Baltic sales team through the entire sales cycle
- Taking a hands-on role in outbound sales - planning and executing
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
- Driving growth by uncovering new opportunities and optimizing for conversion and retention
- Constantly improving sales processes, tools, and strategies
- Identifying new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth
- Developing lifecycle initiatives that strengthen customer relationships and long-term retention.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who has:
- Strong strategic thinking and a track record of developing and executing growth-driven sales strategies
- Proven track record of leading sales teams across both outbound and inbound channel
- Data-driven approach, using metrics to optimize sales performance
- A background in working within dynamic, cross-functional teams across the Baltics is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English (both verbal and written).

Monthly salary:
- From 4400 EUR gross plus performance-based bonuses. A specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies.
