As a Senior Affiliate (Partnership) Marketing Specialist, you'll:   

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate strategy
  • Identify, research, prospect, and recruit new affiliate partners across markets and verticals (both industry veterans and newcomers)
  • Manage the full affiliate onboarding process: from outreach to activation, including email flows, product updates, coupon creation, and tracking setup
  • Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and promotional opportunities to attract and retain affiliates
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners through regular communication and support
  • Monitor, analyze, report on affiliate performance data to identify opportunities for optimization (ROAS, AOV, CR, etc.) and identify underperforming areas
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, creative, CRO, SEO, content, analytics) to support affiliates with tailored campaigns and up-to-date assets
  • Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging channels to drive innovation
  • Travel occasionally to meet top partners and strengthen strategic relationships

We expect:    

  • Have 3+ years of experience in affiliate, partnerships, or account management
  • Show a proven track record of acquiring, scaling, and managing successful affiliate programs
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Be analytical and data-driven, with the ability to make strategic decisions based on performance insights
  • Be proficient in affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools (e.g. Impact)
  • Be familiar with digital marketing tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Similarweb) and concepts (CRO, SEO, PPC, content, social) 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Bring a self-starter attitude with a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Have a deep understanding of affiliate channels, consumer behavior, and performance marketing mechanics
  • Experience with attribution/tracking platforms, CRM and automation tools

Salary range   

Gross salary from 2840 – 3470 EUR/Month, depending on your experience
