OUR CLIENT - a cutting-edge Fintech company, is committed to provide convenient and efficient financial services to customers worldwide. Leveraging on the wide-reaching settlement network in Europe and China, they plan to expand global payment network and to offer to its clients a secure and reliable way to manage their money.

Responsibilities
  • Review and process incoming chargebacks and payment disputes in accordance with card network and payment processor rules;
  • Gather and analyze transaction and customer data to assess the validity of disputes;
  • Compile supporting evidence and draft representments to challenge chargebacks when appropriate;
  • Collaborate with customer service, fraud, and finance teams to identify root causes and reduce future chargebacks;
  • Monitor chargeback ratios and create regular reports for internal stakeholders;
  • Maintain knowledge of evolving card scheme regulations (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred;
  • At least 1 year of experience in chargeback management, payment processing, or fraud analysis;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent written communication and documentation abilities;
  • Familiarity with chargeback rules and dispute lifecycle across multiple card networks and processors;
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with chargeback management tools/systems (e.g., Ethoca, etc.) is a plus.
