You will be joining a team that is part of the largest strategic transformation in the companies history, developing greenfield target state technology and innovative solutions for over 4 million customers.

Your team along with several other teams will be under a common Fintech domain which includes Payments, Energy Trading and Exports. You will be working alongside teammates in Lithuania, while also collaborating with colleagues in the UK.

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of automated tests to ensure the reliability of systems, focusing on E2E, API, front-end, and non-functional testing. Working within an Agile team comprising full stack engineers and one other QA Automation Engineer, you'll collaborate with developers and product teams to build automated testing frameworks to ensure system reliability and scalability, define test coverage, refine user stories, and advocate for a shift-left approach to quality. You'll test new features across platforms and scenarios, ensuring they meet the highest standards.

You will also identify and resolve bugs, mentor engineers, and help improve test automation practices. Your efforts will contribute to evolving the team's processes and aligning testing with business objectives, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Experienced QA Automation Engineer passionate about innovating testing processes and applying them to enterprise-level automated E2E tests
• Extensive experience in QA test automation
• Someone with experience in designing and developing automated testing strategies, and enhancing frameworks to ensure high-quality results.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Comfortable working with tools such as Playwright, DataDog, K6, Postman and GitHub Actions to enhance testing and reporting processes.
• A collaborator who enjoys working as part of an Agile team, contributing to high-profile projects and ensuring that test coverage meets user requirements.
• An advocate for the shift-left approach, ensuring quality is integrated early and throughout the development process.
• Experienced in testing new features across supported platforms and working with developers to address edge cases, bugs, and issues.
• A team player who thrives on mentoring others and collaborating with both engineering and business stakeholders to drive consistent, effective approaches.
