JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Carry-out regular data monitoring on salesforce to ensure high data quality is maintained on our CRM system
- Work with the global Sales & RM team to provide assistance in dealing with salesforce support requests
- Undertake detailed testing for all salesforce development being rolled-out
- Support in overall Salesforce administration
- Play an important role in the various Commercial Reports that are prepared by Sales Operations from Salesforce data
- Train new users on Salesforce • Suggest Salesforce improvements and automations to further improve data quality and adoption of CRM;
- Assist in sales data analysis that is done on a regular basis by the Sales Operations team
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics;
- Knowledge and experience within the alternative industry will be seen as an added benefit;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to foster positive interaction with internal parties;
- Sales oriented thought process and skills; • Strong analytical skills; • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced working environment;
- Familiarity with MS Office programs;
- Experience with Salesforce;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team;
- Willingness to learn and further develop within sales operations field of expertise
