As our new Analytics Engineer you will be responsible for addressing a diverse and challenging range of problems to help us make better business decisions at Oxylabs.io. You'll create and maintain data models so our team can easily access and analyze data. You'll be lending your skills and knowledge to various projects, building queries, and modeling data for the business. You will have the freedom and opportunity to develop and implement the best solution for any situation.

Your day-to-day:

Develop data ingestion pipelines for new data sources;Design and implement data transformation jobs using dbt to ensure data quality and format meets business requirements;Review, optimize, and refactor existing data models to improve data quality and accessibility;Create dashboards or alerting solutions to monitor uptime and performance;Perform simple ad-hoc analyses.


Your skills & experience:

Solid experience in a data analyst / analytics engineer / data engineer role;Good knowledge of SQL queries;At least basic knowledge of Python;Experience with data modelling and ELT processes;Ability to troubleshoot data processes, and identify issues or areas of improvement;Ability to work independently, and research new tools and new ways to optimize existing processes.
NICE TO HAVE:Experience with DBT;Experience with Google Cloud Platform, ideally GCS and BigQuery;Solid experience working with Python;Experience working with some of the various data analysis and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, Grafana).


Our Tech stack:

Google Cloud Platform (GCS, BQ) for storage and warehousing;DBT and SQL for data modelling;Python for automation;PowerBI for data visualization;Airflow for orchestration.


Salary:

Gross salary: 2700 - 4300 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
