Job Summary:

As a Sr. Software Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. With a focus on Java and JavaScript, you will contribute to projects that drive our industrial manufacturing and operational logistics domains. Your expertise will help optimize processes and deliver impactful results for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust software applications using Java and JavaScript to meet client requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software projects - Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality software delivery

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster team growth

• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and improve code quality

• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support software development and maintenance activities

• Optimize software performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies

• Integrate software solutions with existing systems and third-party applications

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practices

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools

• Ensure software solutions comply with security and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Possess a strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in developing complex applications

• Demonstrate experience in industrial manufacturing and operational logistics domains is highly desirable

• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively

• Show a solid understanding of software development best practices, including coding standards, testing, and deployment

• Have experience working in an agile development environment, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement

• Display strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders

• The salary range for this position is from 4125 EUR to 8250 EUR gross before taxes.*
*Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
