Job Title: Client KYC Monitoring Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client KYC Monitoring Trainee to join our dynamic and international team in Lithuania. As a crucial member of our growing team, you will be responsible for working with our clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review subscription agreements and KYC documents for existing clients
  • Request and follow up on KYC missing information with the Engagement team and the client
  • Maintain up-to-date KYC information in the clients/UBOs database and in the electronic document management system (EDMS)
  • Perform ongoing Client KYC monitoring tasks
  • Assist in ongoing monitoring of existing client relationships for both SPVs and Funds
  • Review client acceptance files, identify, assess and mitigate compliance risks
  • Perform KYC Monitoring checks on a daily basis and act as 1st Line of Defence
  • Follow up on outstanding documentation of client files
  • Assist in collecting figures/statistics to support local Compliance team
  • Assist in completing compliance risk assessments
  • Assist in the performance of the Compliance monitoring programme
  • Contribute to the development of a Compliance framework and culture
  • Work effectively with key stakeholders to ensure mutually satisfactory resolution of any key issues
  • Assist in the development of training materials

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a University degree, preferably in law, business, finance or economics
  • High interest in regulatory, Anti-Money Laundering and compliance topics
  • Fluent in English, any other language an advantage
  • Ability to work in a small team and think out of the box
  • Results-oriented with a strong attention to detail
