Your Future Role
- Review and verify subscription agreements and KYC documents for new investors;
- Follow up on missing information with the Engagement team and clients;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date KYC information in our database and electronic document management system;
- Perform ongoing monitoring tasks related to investors;
- Prepare and respond to client queries and requests;
- Assist management in setting up and maintaining internal reporting and KPIs;
- Prepare Investor Acceptance Reports for relevant committees;
- Provide training and support to team members;
- Act as a coordinator between the Manager and the Team.
Your Profile
- You hold a degree in law, finance, or economics;
- You have between 3 and 5 years' experience in compliance or KYC/AML industry;
- Any experience with KYC on assets is considered a plus;
- You show a strong interest in regulatory and compliance topics;
- You have good communication skills;
- You are fluent in English, with German, Spanish, or other languages being an advantage;
- You enjoy working in a small team and are able to think creatively;
- You are results-driven and combine autonomy with attention to detail.
