Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Test Lead. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Manual Testing and Automation, with a good understanding of Merger & Acquisitions and Separation/Integration domains. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through meticulous testing practices.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of manual and automated tests to ensure the highest quality of software products

• Oversee the development and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and test scripts

• Provide detailed and accurate test reports, identifying defects and ensuring they are resolved before product release

• Collaborate with development teams to understand the software requirements and design test strategies accordingly

• Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not affected by new changes

• Implement and manage automated testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing methodologies

• Monitor and track testing progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders

• Analyze test results and provide insights to improve the overall quality of the software

• Mentor junior testers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

• Participate in project planning and estimation activities, contributing to the overall project success

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing technologies and methodologies

Qualifications:

• Possess strong experience in Manual Testing and Automation, demonstrating a deep understanding of testing principles

• Have a good understanding of Merger & Acquisitions and Separation/Integration domains, applying this knowledge to testing scenarios

• Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, identifying and resolving issues efficiently

• Exhibit strong communication skills, effectively conveying testing results and insights to stakeholders

• Show proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks, enhancing testing processes and outcomes

• Display the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• The salary range for this position is from 2550 EUR to 4250 EUR gross before taxes.*
*Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
