Procurement Manager

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead Category Sourcing Strategy ownership for IT Software and services, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Detailed spend, market and business analysis, and development of category strategies and preferred suppliers.
• Effective cost / vendor management, negotiation of competitive prices, and vendor performance management.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to develop category strategies and supply bases aligned with business needs.
• Deliver a compliant procurement process, manage complex tenders, and ensure effective contract management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement/sales with IT procurement skills or IT/Software sales background.
• Excellent written and oral skills in English, and strong team player with leadership skills.
• Solid knowledge of negotiations for IT and services contracts, and effective interpersonal skills.
• Organized with ability to conduct multiple projects in parallel, and results-oriented with ability to implement and drive projects.
• Tooling experience expected: MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, and BI platforms.

Salary: Gross monthly salary of 3,500 to 5,600 EUR depending on experience.
